Dear Black Hawk #11 member:

You and your immediate family are cordially invited to the annual Black Hawk Lodge #11 Holiday
Brunch on Sunday, October 20th from 11:00 am. to 2:30 pm. at Pinehurst Country Club, 6255 W. Quincy Ave. You may also invite prospective members and their family.

There will be a cash bar available. This year we are offering a breakfast buffet. Reservations are
required and must be received by October 13, 2019.

There is no cost to you but the Lodge is billed for the total number of reservations. RSVP to
