Lodge will open at 7:00 pm.   Dinner will be at 6:00 pm.  Ladies and Guests are welcome.

OKTOBERFEST IN DENVER 

Grilled Kielbasa With Caramelized Onions and Kraut - A classic Oktoberfest Dish. Flavorful, plump sausage on a bed of kraut and sweet caramelized onions. Served with a wonderful Honey Dijon Sauce on the side 

Fall Green Salad with Apples and Cranberries - Fresh salad greens with dried cranberries, granny smith apples, crumbled goat cheese and toasted pumpkin seeds. Lightly tossed with Apple Cider and Mustard Vinaigrette 

Grilled Balsamic Vegetables - Tri-color sweet bell peppers, Bermuda onion, quartered mushrooms, zucchini and yellow squash. Marinated with balsamic vinaigrette and grilled on site. Colorful and unique, with the taste of the great outdoors! 

Traditional Mashed Potatoes - Made from scratch. Light and fluffy - always a favorite!
